Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: What are the benefits of joining ABFFO - the association representing Club Pilates franchise owners?
    A: We want to provide a unified voice for Club Pilates franchise owners to lead positive change - joining allows your voice to be heard and your access to the association benefits. Access to any information obtained for the association members and any benefits are limited to members.

     

  • Q: Who is leading the Association?
    A: The members of the association will vote on the leadership. The founding leadership will comprise of franchise owners who will voluntarily serve on an initial leadership team, select the Board, and/or establish committees, allowing for an eventual transition of leadership in 2022 to a leadership body voted on by the members.

     

  • Q: I’m a new owner, can I get early access before my first studio opens?
    A:  Yes. Club Pilates studio owners that join before their first studio opens can pre-pay and have access to the benefits and knowledge sharing of the association ahead of their opening at no additional charge.  The studio's “membership year” will start on the Monday following SO weekend, providing them a full year of membership from the point of SO in addition to the early access they received before SO weekend by paying dues in advance.

     

  • Q: Do I have to pay for subsequent studios while under construction?
    A:  Not if you are a paying member in one or more open studios. If you are a member that is already paying dues for one or more open studios, dues for the new studio start the Monday after SO weekend.  Each studio will receive an individual invoice.

     

  • Q: Do I get a discount if I am not based in the U.S.?
    A: At this time, prices shown are in US dollars and international owners are able to signup online. Please note, our system will charge your credit card in US dollars and handle the exchange rate if the card is not in US dollars.
